APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS
Junior Casa and Junior Advanced Casa (Pre-Kindergarten 1 and 2)
Junior Casa corresponds to Pre-Kindergarten 1. The applicant must be three (3) years old by August 31 of the next academic year. The child is required to undergo a one-week trial.
Junior Advanced Casa corresponds to Pre-Kindergarten 2. The applicant must be four (4) years old by August 31 of the next academic year.
For Filipino Applicants
A scanned (PDF) copy of the Birth Certificate authenticated by the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA)
A scanned (PDF) copy of a recent photo, passport size (4.5 cm. x 3.5 cm. or 1.8 in. x 1.4 in.)
A scanned (PDF) copy Report Card (SF9) (if applicable)
For Foreign Applicants
(In addition to the above requirements)
A scanned (PDF) copy of the Birth Certificate (with English translation as applicable)
A scanned (PDF) copy of the Passport with Biodata page and Visa Status
A scanned (PDF) copy of the Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR) I-Card issued by the Bureau of Immigration
Documentary Requirements for Special Study Permit—
For Applicants with Dual Citizenship
(In addition to the above requirements)
A scanned (PDF) copy of a valid Philippine Passport
Certificate of Recognition as a Filipino Citizen or Identification Certificate as a Filipino

Advanced Casa corresponds to the Kindergarten level. The applicant must be five (5) years old by August 31 of the next academic year.
For Filipino Applicants
A scanned (PDF) copy of the Birth Certificate authenticated by the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA)
A scanned (PDF) copy of a recent photo, passport size (4.5 cm. x 3.5 cm. or 1.8 in. x 1.4 in.)
A scanned (PDF) copy Report Card (SF9) (if applicable)
For Foreign Applicants
